We accept 35+ aged participants.
Note: If extra participants are required, we may allow 19+ aged participants in.

PREVIOUS participant: If you played in the group LAST YEAR, please first contact the CMOT Organizer.  We should still have your info 'on file.'  If you have been directed by the CMOT Organizer to do so, please fill out the Application Form (below).

NEW participant: If you DID NOT play in the group LAST YEAR, please fill out the Application Form (below).

For both PREVIOUS and NEW participants, our CMOT Organizer may contact you, to verify any details.

$85.00 per player for 17 ice times (cheap at twice the price!)

First come, first serve - your cheque guarantees your spot - no cheque, no play - sorry.  Get your money in early, will fill up fast!  This applies to 'PREVIOUS participants' and to 'NEW participants.'  We don't take 'reservations' and we do keep a 'waiting list' (you can be replaced).

Cheques WILL be returned, to those who don't get in (when 'SOLD OUT').

A Gentlemen's Club

Round 1: x TBD (quantity) of COLD (5% or more) refreshments each, please.  Based on 2 per person.

Approved brands: Canadian, Pil, Bud, Stella, Kokanee, Big Rock, Keith's, Sleeman's

Disapproved brands: Boxer, Crow, Lucky, Brewhouse, or anything else that you 'got for a great price'
No 'lite.'  Bring 'Safety units,' if you are really thirsty.

Note: These are meant to be enjoyed, in the comfort of the dressing room, with your ice mates - not for 'taking home.'  If you don't think you're going to "get your money's worth," by spending quality time 'with the boys,' then don't sign up for the 'Club.'

You may want to show up early as there MAY be no one on the ice before our slotted time.  Please call (on the day of the ice time) the Crowchild Twin Arena to confirm this.

Look for 'CMOT' (or 'CanadianMoose' or 'CanadianMoose.com' or 'Cdn Moose' or 'Can Moose' or 'Dan H' or 'Dan Herauf') on schedule board to determine which arena we are in (RED or BLUE).

Please bring a predominantly white jersey and a predominantly dark colored jersey (no yellow jerseys, please; no white and dark 'combination' jerseys, please).

No 'drop-ins' or 'substitutions' without previous confirmation from Dan.  Thanks!

Our plans for the last ice time include refreshments and hotdogs (supplied by CanadianMoose.com).
If someone would like to provide (and 'man') the BBQ and someone else would like to provide the condiments/napkins, that would be great.  Thanks for stepping up, gents!!

By playing in the CMOT group, all Participants (players and goalies) agree to the following:
Notice to all Participants of this group (CanadianMoose.com Oldtimers Hockey (CMOT)).  Exclusion of Liability - Assumption of Risk - Jurisdiction.  These conditions will affect your legal rights including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident or incident.  Please read carefully!  As a condition of use of the Crowchild Twin Arena and any other facilities used by the CMOT group, each Participant assumes all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to: the risks, dangers, and hazards of hockey and skating; the use of the facilities (inside or out); collision with arena occupants, objects, or with other players; travel within or beyond the arena property boundaries; or negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty of care on the part of the Crowchild Twin Arena Association (and staff), the CanadianMoose.com Oldtimers Hockey group (CMOT), and their organizers, directors, officers, employees, instructors, volunteers, agents, independent contractors, subcontractors, representatives, sponsors, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "CMOT Organizer").  Each Participant agrees that the CMOT Organizer shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death, or property loss and releases the CMOT Organizer and waives all claims with respect thereto.  Each Participation agrees that any litigation involving the CMOT Organizer shall be brought solely within the Province of Alberta and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Alberta.  Each Participant further agrees that these conditions and any rights, duties, and obligations as between the CMOT Organizer and each Participant shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and no other jurisdiction.  The CMOT Organizer's liability is excluded by these conditions.
