Terms and Conditions of Sale of Moose Mugs products:
"Moose Mugs" (Product #: CMGW3-MM002)                           and/or
"Moose Mugs Punch Bowl Antlers" (Product #: CMGW3-PBA001)

The following terms and conditions shall apply to all (wholesale) sales of Moose Mugs products, by CM.C, unless otherwise specifically determined by CM.C.

1. Wholesale Buyer (WB) shall not (through itself or any other company or individual) sell, show, advertise, display, or provide for auction, the Moose Mugs products, through any internet 'auction-type' web site (e.g. eBay or any eBay 'store').  WB may sell the Moose Mugs products through their own or any other affiliated non 'auction-type' web site or through any 'brick and mortar' outlet.  WB may sell Moose Mugs products for more or less than the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

2. Wholesale minimum order is 24 (twenty four) Moose Mugs and/or 6 (six) sets of Moose Mugs Punch Bowl Antlers.

3. CM.C shall not be liable for any delay or loss incurred, with respect to transportation of the Moose Mugs products, from CM.C to the WB.  Please open all of your Moose Mugs products as soon as you receive them.  Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment.  After 48 hours, CM.C will not provide replacements/refunds for Moose Mugs products that are damaged.  Please retain all original packing materials and boxes provided.  They may be needed for inspection by the shipping company.

4. CM.C shall not be liable for any delay, loss, and/or damage incurred, with respect to transportation of the Moose Mugs products, from the WB to their Wholesale/Retail customers.  

5. For destination countries other than the USA, please be aware that the destination country may charge import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or additional charges, for WB order.  CM.C is not responsible for any of theses duties, fees, taxes, charges.  Please click here for more details.

6. Payment to CM.C will be in advance, via PayPal (PayPal also accepts most major credit cards) only.  For full ordering/payment details, click here.

7. Return of Moose Mugs products will not be accepted without: A. the written consent of CM.C and B. a CM.C RA# (Return Authorization Number).  Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the WB.
